Unauthorized attempts to copy, upload or change information on this site is strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.

Order Acceptance …

Nutrition Marketplace reserve the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer. Items purchased online can only be dispatched when payment to Nutrition Marketplace has been received in full, this also includes any delivery charges.

All customers must be at least 18 years old.

Availability …

Nutrition Marketplace does not guarantee that items are available at the time of purchase, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability. In the unlikely event of a item being unavailable Nutrition Marketplace with inform you via email within 72 hours. Should a suitable alternative not be available Nutrition Marketplace will refund the full amount for that item.

Returns Policy ….

Nutrition Marketplace offers a full guarantee on all its products against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Please send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty). The value of such guarantee being limited to the purchase price of the product and return postage only. Nutrition Marketplace sales are final and returns are only accepted in the following cases: 1) The item is defective, or 2) The item that has been delivered is different to that which was ordered. In either case the customer must contact Nutrition Marketplace via email within 48 hours after goods have been received to request a return, stating the reason for return. If you do not inform us within 48 hours, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery. No credits are given, however Nutrition Marketplace will replace the item upon return.

Nutrition Marketplace offers a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded.

Nutrition Marketplace does not offer a money back guarantee on software or electronic publications, except where these can be shown to be faulty.

Futhermore, Nutrition Marketplace cannot accept for return any supplements where the seal on any container has been broken or demonstrates evidence of tampering.

Payment and Price …

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Nutrition Marketplace has a minimum order value of £10.00 excluding delivery.

Payment Methods …

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch etc. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.

Typographical Errors …

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Delivery Charges …

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery charges can vary with destination and quantities ordered. Cost of delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

Delivery Times …

All items in stock will be despatched within 2-7 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Delivery is via Royal Mail. Standard First Class delivery times will apply in all cases. Nutrition Marketplace will not be held responsible for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our immediate control.
