AHCC 30 (30 / 500mg)

The ingredients of AHCC include acetylated alpha and beta glucans and GI Saccahrides of low molecular weight (5 kDaltons) for optimal bioavailability which have been found in numerous studies to help support the immune system.
AHCC Proprietary Blend consisting of Hybridization of several Basidomycetes mycelia extract, 500mg
Up to two capsules twice daily or as directed.

Bearlic Garlic (90 / 300mg)

Bearlic is Allium ursinum , the wild European "bear's garlic." This unique and exciting species contains between two and four times as much of several key phytochemicals (including adenosine, gamma-glytamyl, peptides, and ajoenes) as more common forms. Unlike ordinary garlic in other supplements, ursinum has never been successfully cultivated and its powerful active strength comes not from the bulb, but from the green leaves. It is found in damp areas such as the woods, hills and mountains of central Europe. Major advantages that ursinum has over domestic garlic include: more of the active substances present, other active substances that are not found in cultivated garlic - or found only when large quantities are taken - and ursinum is virtually odorless. Studies also suggest that Allium ursinum may offer greater support to the cardiovascular system.
Allium ursinum concentrate, 300mg
One capsule two to three times daily or as directed.

Carnosine (60 / 500mg)

Carnosine is found in relatively high concentrations in several body tissues - most notably in skeletal muscle, nerve tissue and the brain. Carnosine has been called the "antioxidant dipeptide" because of its ability to scavenge free radicals. Its exact biological role is not well understood but many studies indicate that it has antioxidant potential. Carnosine appears to be particularly supportive to the nervous system by acting as a chemical messenger (neurotransmitter). This may offer great potential for helping to keep the body healthy.
L-Carnosine, 500mg
One capsule two to three times daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed.

Indole-3 Carbinol (60 / 200mg)

Indole 3-Carbinol is a phytonutrient found in broccoli, bok choy, Brussels sprouts and cabbage. Research suggests that I-3-C is responsible for many of the health-beneficial properties of these vegetables. I-3-C may also support the body's detoxification processes and impact on hormone balance.
Indole-3-Carbinol (I-3-C), 200mg
One capsule twice daily or as directed.

Lactoferrin 250™ (60 / 250mg)

Lactoferrin is an iron transporter glycoprotein originally isolated from bovine milk. Lactoferrin contains 703 amino acids and has a molecular weight of 80 kDaltons. Lactoferrin is found in various mammalian secretions e.g. saliva, tears and milk.
Lactoferrin, 250mg
One to six capsules daily, in divided doses with meals, or as directed.

L-Glutamine Powder (250g / )

L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid that supplies energy to the brain and is thought to have a positive effect on increased concentration. Athletes on high-protein diets will appreciate the fact that L-Glutamine transports ammonia - the metabolic by-product of protein breakdown - to the liver where it is converted into urea and excreted by the kidneys. L-Glutamine can also convert into alanine, an amino acid that the liver converts into glucose, supplying additional fuel to muscles.
L-Glutamine, 2000mg
2g (approx. 1 tsp) daily.

L-Theanine (60 / 225mg)

L-Theanine is a rare free form amino acid which, with apparently only one exception, is found only in certain species of tea plants. It constitutes between 1 and 2% of the dry weight of tea leaves and accounts for approximately one half of all the free amino acids present in the leaves. First discovered in 1949, L-Theanine not only is an important beneficial constituent of tea, but also is the major flavour component of green tea.
Researchers have often wondered why it is that tea, despite its caffeine content, has relaxing properties yet does not make people drowsy. Similarly, those engaging in meditation may drink tea to remain alert and yet not become mentally agitated, as is typical with the consumption of too much coffee. L-Theanine appears to be the component in green tea which is responsible for these particular benefits.
This formulation is made enzymatically from amino acids and is identical to the L-Theanine found in green tea.
L-Theanine, 225mg
One capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed.

Lutein (60 / 20mg)

Lutein is one of seven hundred or so carotenoids found in fruits and vegetables. In its free form it has a high bioavailability and is a potent free radical scavenger. Studies show that lutein may help support visual function and help protect the health of eye tissue.
Lutein (free form), 20mg, (From Marigold petal extract-Tagetas erecta), Zeaxanthin, 1mg
One capsule daily, preferably with food, or as directed.

Methylcobalamin (60 / 5mg)

Methylcobalamin is the neurologically active coenzyme form of Vitamin B12 which supports the healthy structure and functioning of the brain and nervous system. It is also the most bioavailable and best utilised form of the vitamin. It is necessary for the formation and regeneration of red blood cells which help keep the blood healthy, promote growth, optimise energy and maintain a healthy nervous system.
Vitamin B12 (As Methylcobalamin), 5mg
Dissolve one lozenge under the tongue first thing in the morning or as directed.

N-A-C (120 / 500mg)

N-Acetyl-Cysteine (N-A-C) is easily taken up by the cells. It is a precursor in the body to the important antioxidant glutathione (GSH), which is produced intracellularly - particularly in the liver. Cells cannot absorb preformed GSH, making glutathione supplements of minimal effectiveness.
N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, 500mg
One to four capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, or as directed.
